We understand that customer’s needs & comfort levels are different, so to prove our commitment to our customers, we offer our 100 DAY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
If you’re not completely satisfied after the recommended 45 day trial period, we will buy your mattress back at 100% of your purchase price, or credit you 100% of your purchase towards another model (within 100 days of your purchase date).
One exchange or return of mattress and box spring only per customer. A minimum delivery charge of $79 will be charged for all exchanges or returns. Frames, pillows, mattress protectors, delivery charges, special orders, clearance items, adjustable bases, and stained or soiled product are not included in our satisfaction guarantee.
