If you're not completely satisfied after the recommended 45 day trial period, we will buy your mattress back at 100% of your purchase price, or credit you 100% of your purchase towards another model (within 90 days of your purchase date).

One exchange per customer. A minimum delivery charge of $59 will be charged for all exchanges or returns. Delivery prices may very based on where you live. Special orders, soiled or damaged items are excluded from the guarantee.
